a pagoda, how do we name the title of that pagoda? World Honored One, please teach us?
The Buddha taught:


-Ananda, Tathagata taught that there are 6 dharmas. For the 5 dharmas which practitioners use their
physical bodies and minds to practice and cultivate endeavoring to have physical attainments, you
must name the title of that pagoda as this:


1. If the pagoda practices Contemplate, Imagine, Crave, then its title is:
Pagoda (Name).
Practicing as Theravada Buddhism.
Pagoda’s address.


2. If the pagoda follows Chanting Buddha dharma, then its title is:
Pagoda (Name).Practicing as Pure Land Buddhism.
Pagoda’s address.


3. If the pagoda practices Chanting Mantras dharma, then its title is:
Pagoda (Name).
Practicing as Mantra Buddhism.
Pagoda’s address.
Specifically, if the pagoda follows Purity Zen, which future generations call Zen Zong, then the title is:
Zen Zong Pagoda (Name).
Following Zen Zong Buddhism.
Pagoda’s address.
If an established pagoda does not name the title clearly, that pagoda does not execute correctly as
Tathagata’s teaching.


Tathagata also teaches you these places:
Meditation Institute
This is place where one practices cultivating and endeavoring meditation to have physical attainments,
still being reincarnated in this Three Realms.
Monastery
This is place where people gather to pray for blessings and luck.
You should carefully note this:
Zen Zong Buddhism cannot be brought into Meditation Institute as well as Monastery. If you bring it to
these 2 places, you create a “Planting Path” to be plants.


By the way, Tathagata also teaches you places where people worship in this world:
Pantheon
Worship national hero.
Worship those who have great contribution to nation.
Temple
Worship the One Protecting an Area or Spirit of Mountain and River.
Worship those who have large contribution to country or area.
 

Joss-HouseWorship human or animals whom people consider as their helpers and savers.
Shrine or Mausoleum
Worship the Kings, Emperors that people appreciate.
Worship those who have great contribution to a country.
Besides, there are 2 magnificent and solemn places called “The Holy See”, which worship the Saints or
Gods that human deem epiphany:
 

The Holy See 1
This place worships the one who establish a religion. The followers will have benefits after death:
- The followers who have great contribution to religion would be ordained as “Saint”.
- The followers who are common followers or have small contribution would be brought to “Heaven”.
 

The Holy See 2
This is a place worshiping Lord of God, which is the God of this Celestial Realm. Those who follow this
religion would be reborn to 9 different levels after death.


The Holy See is the magnificent and superb construction where the highest leaders of this religion live
and work. They are responsible for this worldwide religion. It is just like an apartment of a country.
 

Tathagata presented more:
-If those who follow religion of Tathagata want to establish a pagoda to help others be enlightened and
liberate, this person must at least be ordained as “Zen Zong Layman”. Otherwise, this person
absolutely establishes a pagoda to spread superstition.
Venerable Ananda carefully listened to Tathagata’s answers. He was pleasant, respectfully thanked the
Buddha and then withdrew.

Việc báo mộng do ai làm ra và phải làm thế nào cho phải?

Trò hỏi: Một Phật gia được báo mộng về việc thờ cúng lộn xộn trong nhà. Hỏi việc báo mộng này do ai làm ra và phải làm thế nào cho phải?

Thầy trả lời:

Thánh chứ ai. Báo gì? Nó làm bộ, Thánh nó báo. Tất cả những gì chiêm bao, mộng mị là hoàn toàn ông Thánh thôi, linh thiêng huyền bí cũng Thánh. Nên nhớ là ông Thần không làm cái này. Ông Thần có nhiệm vụ là quản lý thôi, còn chiêm bao, mộng mị này kia... hoàn toàn là Thánh. Loài thánh có 4 cái đẳng cấp.

Nên nhớ là Thánh mà loại thừa hành không sao, Thánh mà cái loại trung bình coi chừng đó. Thánh cao cấp không nói, Thánh cao cấp không chơi cái này, cái đẳng cấp người ta cao, người ta không chấp. Gọi là đẳng cấp thế giới, nó không ở đây đâu, nó không đi làm lặt vặt đâu. Mà làm lặt vặt là Thánh thừa hành thôi, quan trọng nhất là ông Thánh thừa hành. Nếu Thánh thừa hành, mà gọi là lính nó khác, mà lính Tiểu đội trưởng trở lên, Trung đội trưởng,… nó khác, nó có lực mạnh lắm.

Which place would be a correct place to make offerings in this earth?
 

Buddha taught:
Venerable Punna Mantaniputta, human beings who live in this earth, if they want to make offerings,
they must make offerings in following places:


One: If in the Zen Zong pagoda then they must make offerings as follow:
- Make offerings for Hungry Ghosts to eat outside the Pagoda at 5 O’clock P.M. daily.
- Must read the Make Offering Sutra to invite Hungry Ghosts to eat, encourage Hungry Ghosts to
practice for returning to become Human beings, so that they could practice to have liberation.


Two: If in the Cultivation Temple then they must make offerings as follows:
- Make offerings for Hungry Ghosts to eat outside the temple at 5 O’clock P.M. daily.- Invite Hungry Ghosts to eat and beg Hungry Ghosts for not to harass, so that people who are living in
the temple to have peace for cultivating, therefore they could have whatever achievement or
attainment that they are craving for.


Three: If in the Pantheon then they must make offerings as follow:
- Make offerings for Asura to eat
- Worship for peace in the nation and people.
- Worship for season crop having great harvest.
- Memorized Soldier’s services who have sacrificed for the nation.


Four: If in the Joss-house then they must make offerings as follow:
- Make offerings for Hungry Ghosts to eat.
- So that Hungry Ghosts are not going to harass the village.

 Formulas for practicing the Dharmas

🌿Practice Middle vehicle Buddhism: Called reasoning on Prajna, also called Shakyamuni philosophy
Practice method: Diligent study with all reasoning to be really good to speak to others, they praise and
offer money.
The purpose of the practitioner: Like to be a lecturer of Buddhist studies to teach others for making
money.

👉Practice Mahayana Buddhism: Doubt, seeking or searching in the materials.
Practice method: Diligent meditation and thinking of the best use of material world. These people
called, “Buddhism Educated Engineer”.
The purpose of the practitioner: Improving happiness and living styles for human beings and also for
making money.

💫Practice Pure Land Buddhism: Meditating mind by reciting a full name of a Buddha.
Practice method: Diligent reciting the name of Amitabha Buddha and do charity and perform good deed
as much as possible.
The purpose of the practitioner: Vow to be reborn in the Pure Land of Amitabha Buddha to live after
death and enjoy blessing bliss in purity views.

👉Practice Mantra Buddhism: Meditating mind by reciting a mantra, and offering as much as possible to
create Yin virtues karma.
Practice method: Diligence reciting a mantra from any sutras. Wanting what type of careers, and then
reciting a mantra of that sutra.
Example:
- Wanting to be a doctor, and then reciting Bhaisajyaguru (Medicine Buddha) Mantra
- Wanting to destroy evil spirit, and then reciting Suramgama mantra
- Wanting to feel happiness and blessing bliss in our body, and then reciting Dharani Mantra.
- Ect…
The purpose of the practitioner: Vow to become a deity after death and use rddhi (Supernatural
Power).

👉Practice Zen Zong: Seeing original nature to become BuddhaPractice method: Constant be Awareness in our daily jobs, don’t run after views or objects and
awareness to create merits.
The purpose of the practitioner: To return back to the Buddha’s realm after death.
Practitioner of Zen Zong must understand 4 things:
1/- What is our human body?
2/- What is our human nature?
3/- How do we practice to liberate?
4/- How do we practice, but still in Samsara?
Must search to understand 4 more things:
1/- How is the living and the law of this earth?
2/- Where is the three realms?
3/- Where is the Buddha’s world?
4/- What does the universe look like?
Life and works of the Zen Zong practitioner must be aware of 4 things:
1/- What is your career, just work in that career, work following your human nature, and obey the law
of cause and effect of this earth.
2/- Don’t use the Buddha nature to work in this earth.
3/- Whenever in good situation then create merit, don’t extremely enthusiasm.
4/- Don’t dispute with anyone.

MEDITATION Flowing Flow


The verse Buddha spoke about the enlightened Zen Zong of Venerable Mahakasyapa, and the eventually
was concluded with the stream of Zen Zong:


Zen flower just “grow” on Vulture Peak Mountain
One, two, fifty, just one person recognizedKasyapa was seeing the fresh flower
Just seeing, he has awareness, smiled with flower.
Kasyapa was seeing the branch of flower


Recognized his Seeing nature, opened and smiling
Zen flower was beautiful and fresh
Seeing nature was special, received the Zen flower.
Today, the teaching of mine


If seeing overlap seeing, must fall into Samsara
When seeing, just seeing that’s it
Live with Seeing nature, don’t care about Samsara.
Zen flower just seeing instantaneous


Recognized Seeing nature, seek for what outside?
Whether we seek and search all over the world
The stuff we have found, couldn’t use it at all.
Seeing just seeing without praise


Just Seeing blooming Lotus, beginning to be in peace
The true homeland doesn’t seek
Not contemplated, not thinking is the region of original home.
Practice Zen don’t speak Morning or Noon


Just awareness of tranquil is our original home
Don’t have to sit there and stay mute
But Seeing is just Seeing, don’t follow the view

.Practice Zen don’t speak rich or poor
Wanted to return to original home don’t follow Samsara
Practitioner is seeing that’s it
Transmitted through thousands of kalpas many lives had awareness flower.


Compassion heart of Shakya Buddha
Thirty centuries no more flowers to see
Entered the twenty fifth century
There was a master who recognized and presented Zen flower.


Spoke that, the Legend Diary of Shakya
Twenty fifth century appeared at “Dragon’s Land”
People who lived in kalpa of impurity had that very hope
When pass by the kalpa of impurity couldn’t see flower.


Because this is the Legend Diary of Shakya
Twenty fifth century appeared at the “Dragon’s land”
The thirtieth century will be the end of hope
Conclude Zen flower is done at this place.


All of you remember the word of Master
Zen flower which is the most noble here end transmitting
Whomever have virtue and great condition
The flowing course of the Zen stream concludes at this place
